Hi. Though OS/2 is not directly supported by the ICU core team, someone from IBM has contributed the effort to port it to OS/2. You can find the OS/2 makefiles (with VisualAge C/C++ 4.0) at service2.boulder.ibm.com with
the following account.

USERID: icueval (Case sensitive)
PASSWD: ump2heal (Case sensitive)

Once you are logged in, please download the service2.boulder.ibm.com file.

We have also made the VisualAge C/C++ project files available for those who are interested in building ICU with VA compiler on NT, Win95 or Win98. At the same location, please download service2.boulder.ibm.com.
