Eugen,

in Germany(old) you can learn the russian language in public high schools which are open for everybody. These schools offer their courses in the evening. Sometimes there are teachers which lived in the USSR.
In the eastern region of Germany, formerly called DDR,everybody must learn the russian language. I'm missiing the training for your language. So, your forum and other web sources are a good chance to refresh and to widen my old knowledge.
