i got such guy. however not sure he will agree to work, but he can do the job.
for now you can download a good fixed emx port of bind 8.2.4 = named.zip
this is only .exe files, other files and docs may be found at hobbes in bind 8.2.4 package.
(bind from hobbes itself is _very_ _very_ ugly, never use it)
