SeaMonkey 1.1.18 for OS/2 release notes (PmW version)

This is not an official release of SeaMonkey. Although it uses code from the
CVS tag THUNDERBIRD_2_0_0_23_RELEASE checked out on 2009-08-27 for the
largest part, I added several enhancements:

Extra Features:
- Include MNG/JNG support

- Add support for WPS objects in the browser, using Rich Walsh's RWS

and ship RWS libraries and script to support it.
Note: WPS support in this enhanced SeaMonkey allows you to open
downloaded files using their default WPS association. The download
dialog should show you the name of the program or WPS class to be
used. If it only shows "WPS default", run RWSUTIL08.CMD and choose
option 3.
- Build and package extra DLL (ipluginw.dll) for plugin functionality. The
code for this was contributed to the OS/2 port of Mozilla by Innotek. See

- Load the application into high memory

Smaller changes and additions:
- Link all .xpt files into one (componentsseamonkey.xpt) for ZIP
package (installer package links them automatically; no bug)
- Package REXX CMD script to enable Innotek Font Engine support for
SeaMonkey. Thanks to Veit Kannegieser.
- Some changes to README.txt (see below)

"Branding" issues:
- Append "PmW" to the default User-Agent string, so it helps to discriminate
